At In Motion Fitness in Cornelius, Mooresville, Davidson, and Wesley Chapel, North Carolina and Clover, South Carolina, we want to change the way you think about going to the gym. Every time you come to In Motion Fitness, you will be part of a group fitness class or paired up with a personal trainer. It’s much more fun than spending an hour by yourself, mindlessly walking on a treadmill. With our group fitness classes, you’ll be able to get your heart rate up, burn calories, and feed off the enthusiasm of others in a class under the direction of one of our qualified teachers. If you would rather have a more personalized approach, you can also work with one of our experienced personal trainers. The trainer you work with will help you identify your health and fitness goals and then tailor a workout regimen specifically designed to fit your needs.
