Metabolic Burn (MetBurn)

Flip your metabolic fat burning switch on by participating in this high-intensity 30 minute total body workout. This workout will create the ever important “afterburn” effect and will turn your body into a calorie burning furnace for hours after your workout. If you’re looking for a body-transforming mode of exercise that is proven to be much more effective and efficient at burning fat than the standard aerobic-style cardio, then it is a no-brainer, this class is for you! All fitness levels welcome!

Met Strong

This 45 minute class focuses on building overall strength. Strength training is important to mix into your regular workout routine, as increased muscle will help you burn fat and lose weight more efficiently.

An hour long hybrid of MetBurn and MetBuilder. Maximize your time in the gym with a combination of strength and cardio!

W.O.W. - Women on Weights

This is a small group, (up to 5), strength training class for women. Participants will enjoy a high energy, full-body training session incorporating all types of resistance equipment as well as body weight. This coached class is designed to increase strength, burn fat, build muscle, increase endurance and body awareness, along with improving cardiovascular fitness. Groups will include participants of various strength levels.

 

Pilates

While using classic Joseph Pilates principles such as Control, Concentration and Precision, Lisa Reece will focus on the foundational elements of Pilates to build core strength and enhance stability of smaller, minor muscles. The Pilates breathing method will also be introduced.

Yoga

Taught in a flow‐style (vinyasa), which integrate breath and movement, Maria Slemko will primarily focus on postures to increase range of motion and flexibility, while releasing tension and stress. A lively tempo is paced to rejuvenate, while emphasis on breathing allows the mind to remain centered and focused.

Stretch and Meditation - (Mind and Body Release)

How does freeing yourself from excessive physical and mental stress, chronic or sports pain and imbalances sound to you? What about improving focus, sleep patterns and your state of general health? Give your body and mind a "do-over" with this 1 hour class! The program is a fusion of scientifically based methodologies including self-myofascial release, ideokinesis, and acupressure. Class participants will additionally enhance the mind/body connection through exposure to meditation modalities to re-establish and enhance optimum health. Take the highly-acclaimed journey to "feel great land"!

 

Core Barre

This 50 minute class is a system of movement designed to create strength, flexibility and a balanced body. It is based on elements of Pilates, Ballet, Athletic conditioning and consists of high energy, strengthening and fat burning exercises. The workouts focus on intensive movements that produce results and develop the mind/muscles connection. The Core Barre movements strengthen all muscles and re-program our bodies to move in a natural, balanced way.
