This workout will create the ever important “afterburn” effect and will turn your body into a calorie burning furnace for hours after your workout. While using classic Joseph Pilates principles such as Control, Concentration and Precision, Lisa Reece will focus on the foundational elements of Pilates to build core strength and enhance stability of smaller, minor muscles. The Pilates breathing method will also be introduced.
Taught in a flow‐style (vinyasa), which integrate breath and movement, Maria Slemko will primarily focus on postures to increase range of motion and flexibility, while releasing tension and stress. A lively tempo is paced to rejuvenate, while emphasis on breathing allows the mind to remain centered and focused.
