Brandi is a graduate of Gardner Webb University where she received a Bachelor of Science, in Exercise Science. While at Gardner Webb, she received a four-year letterman in Women’s Soccer. Brandi has always had a passion for fitness and wants to inspire others to fall in love with the fitness journey as she has herself. Throughout college she trained athletes, staff members and individuals to help them reach their fitness goals. Brandi also interned with the Gardner Webb Strength staff putting athletic teams through warm ups, workouts and recovery sessions.
In the past, Brandi worked for Champions Sports Performance coaching Parisi speed school classes and Training for Warriors classes. She also worked for Huntersville Family Fitness & Aquatics coaching kids fitness classes and adult strength & conditioning classes. In her free time, Brandi loves working out and playing various sports. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Massage Therapists


Gerrard A. Miller is a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist (LMBT #10969) and a Certified Personal Trainer. He received his education from one of the top neuromuscular therapy schools in the Southeast, the Edmund Morgan School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy. He furthered his education at the National Academy of Sports Medicine where he received certification as a Certified Personal Trainer and a Correctional Exercise Specialist. In 2016 he became a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance.
In addition to the North Carolina state-mandated 500 hours of massage training, he has completed an additional 150 hours of training in neuromuscular therapy as known as "NMT." NMT is an advanced program of soft tissue manipulation that helps correct postural/muscular imbalances by using pressure therapy to relax muscles and release compressed nerves.
His training in the art and science of therapeutic massage and physical fitness has resulted in an advanced-level professional in the health and wellness field, including providing customized sports massage therapy to professional athletes.
The goal is simple: to provide clients with an experience that they cannot stop talking about. His focus is on open communication so that he can better assess the needs of his clients.

Sean Thomas, North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist 7848. Graduated from the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage in 2007. Has worked full time as a massage therapist since graduating, quickly determining that his passion was to help relieve pain and restore functional mobility. Sean started specializing in Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (M.A.T.), which blends osteopathic, structural integration and myofascial release techniques to relieve chronic pain and dysfunction. M.A.T. provides powerful tools in both assessment and treatment for: head-aches, neck and low back pain, rotator cuff, knee and hip pain, as well as tennis and golfer’s elbow and plantar fasciitis amongst others.
Always seeking out new techniques that will benefit his client’s, he has also studied assessment and treatments for ligament and tendon injuries.
Married with twin boys; he loves to hike, swim, mountain bike, and occasionally get out surfing and rock climbing. Sean understands the recovery process from significant injury when in January of 2013 he shattered his ankle.
