During your private personal training session, your trainer will help you target which areas you want to work on and provide you with the motivation you need to keep going.
If you feel like you can still benefit without the individual attention of one of our trainers, you can sign up for a semi-private personal training session. During one of these sessions, you will be trained with a few other people who have similar fitness goals.
Group training sessions still provide you with the individual attention you want in a group of several other people. This way, you can get to know others who are also working on getting healthier while also focusing on your personal fitness.
Just because you can’t get to the gym doesn’t mean you can’t benefit from a personal trainer. Our online personal training sessions provide you with fitness guidance in the comfort of your own home.
The use of computrainer training allows an athlete or coach to take the guess work out of bike training and racing. When paired up with the athlete’s own bike and our computer, the computrainer can both measure and control the power that the athlete is using to to turn the wheel. In order for a triathlete or cyclist to become faster on the bike, they must train to increase the power that they are able to sustain over a period of time. Using the computrainers at IMF, we can measure the athlete’s current ability to produce power, create a document containing training zones for each athelete, and set up interval based workouts to increase power.
Endurance training is a method of exercise used to improve aerobic conditioning for all skill levels, from the recreationist to the fitness enthusiast or the beginner athlete to your Olympic competitor. Endurance training and personalized coaching is available for running, cycling, duathlon, and triathlon. Each participant will have a full analysis of form and efficiency, instructions on improving, instructions for race day, optimizing nutrition for performance, interactive training schedules, and plyometric workouts to improve power and speed.
Exercise has long been proven as one of the best ways to improve your overall health. Regular exercise provides a myriad of benefits, including stress reduction; improved circulation; decreased risk of stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease; improved mental health and mood; and improved energy levels. At In Motion Fitness, we understand the benefits of a good workout, so we focus on providing great options to each of our clients. Our fat burning workouts help to target problem areas and eliminate fat storage.

Fitness & Nutrition Assessments are available to get you on track to reaching your goals.

During the fitness assessment, you will work with a certified personal trainer who will assess your movement patterns through a Functional Movement Screening. A biometric assessment will be completed to determine body composition and comprehensive testing will allow us to analysis any additional muscular strengths and weaknesses. The nutrition assessment is a consult with the nutritionist to determine your resting metabolic test and a review your daily food intake.
