Metabolic Burn (MetBurn) – Flip your metabolic fat burning switch on by participating in this high-intensity 30 minute total body workout. This workout will create the ever important “afterburn” effect and will turn your body into a calorie burning furnace for hours after your workout. If you’re looking for a body-transforming mode of exercise that is proven to be much more effective and efficient at burning fat than the standard aerobic-style cardio, then it is a no-brainer, this class is for you! All fitness levels welcome!

MetBuilder – This 45 minute class focuses on building overall strength. Strength training is important to mix into your regular workout routine, as increased muscle will help you burn fat and lose weight more efficiently.

MetLean – An hour long hybrid of MetBurn and MetBuilder. Maximize your time in the gym with a combination of strength and cardio!

Pilates – While using classic Joseph Pilates principles such as Control, Concentration and Precision, Lisa Reece will focus on the foundational elements of Pilates to build core strength and enhance stability of smaller, minor muscles. The Pilates breathing method will also be introduced.

Yoga – Taught in a flow‐style (vinyasa), which integrate breath and movement, Maria Slemko will primarily focus on postures to increase range of motion and flexibility, while releasing tension and stress. A lively tempo is paced to rejuvenate, while emphasis on breathing allows the mind to remain centered and focused.
