Originally from Montréal, I moved here 26 years ago with my husband shortly after getting married. 3 kids, 2 dogs later, we loved the Lake Norman area and never went back to the cold!

When not working at InMotion, I enjoy cycling, swimming, running with my better half, I also love hiking, gardening, nutrition, and cooking for my family & friends and love outdoor live music!
